Terms of Service

These terms govern use of armoraces.com and purchases from Armoraces, operated by Hat Trick Digital Marketing Limited in Hong Kong. Read them with the product information and the related policies linked below.

Seller: Hat Trick Digital Marketing Limited, Hong Kong.
Orders: availability, configuration, destination eligibility, and any quoted terms must be confirmed.
Consumer rights: mandatory rights that apply to your purchase take priority.

1. Using the website

Use the site lawfully, provide accurate information, and keep account credentials secure. You must have the legal capacity and any eligibility required to purchase, possess, import, and use the selected equipment. Do not use the site to misrepresent identity, evade restrictions, submit malicious content, or interfere with other users.

2. Product information and selection

Product descriptions identify the particular model and configuration offered. Images can illustrate a category or configuration; verify the included components, dimensions, materials, sizing, and documentation before ordering. A carrier without the specified protective panels or plates does not acquire protection from its appearance.

Protection ratings, test reports, certifications, coverage, and service-life information apply only to the model and configuration they identify. A category name, sample image, or supplier catalog entry is not evidence that every product has the same performance. Equipment has limitations and must be used, inspected, stored, and maintained in accordance with the applicable manufacturer instructions.

3. Prices, quotations, and payment

The currency and payable charges are those stated at checkout or in an accepted written quotation. A listing without a price is an invitation to enquire. A quotation may specify its validity, minimum quantity, configuration, payment schedule, fulfilment location, and lead time.

The payment options actually displayed at checkout are the available options for that transaction. We may request information reasonably needed to verify a payment or order. We will contact you about a material pricing or description error before fulfilment; you may decline the corrected offer and receive a refund of the affected unfulfilled purchase.

4. Order confirmation

An automated receipt acknowledges that an order was submitted. Acceptance is confirmed by our fulfilment confirmation or by the written acceptance specified in an agreed quotation. If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund payment for the unfulfilled portion. We will not substitute a materially different model without your agreement.

5. Fulfilment and restrictions

Orders may be dispatched from Hong Kong, the United States, or Poland according to stock and destination. Availability of a warehouse does not mean every product can be supplied from it. Shipping charges, estimates, and import arrangements are described in the Shipping Policy and the applicable order terms.

Protective equipment can be subject to destination-specific purchase, possession, sale, import, export, or transfer restrictions. We may seek reasonably necessary eligibility or end-use information, or decline an order that cannot lawfully be fulfilled. Do not arrange a transfer to evade applicable restrictions.

6. Changes, cancellations, returns, and warranty

Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation. An unshipped standard order can normally be cancelled for a refund; an order already dispatched is handled under the Returns & Refunds Policy. For goods made to your personal specifications, production commitments and any cancellation terms must be disclosed and agreed before purchase.

Our standard voluntary return window is 30 days from delivery for eligible goods. Our Warranty Policy provides a two-year limited manufacturing-defect warranty on new products sold by Armoraces, alongside any applicable statutory rights or expressly stated longer product-specific warranty.

7. Website content and third-party services

Branding, original text, layouts, and other content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Ordinary browsing and personal reference are permitted; copying or commercial reuse requires the right holder’s permission. Third-party links and services are governed by their own terms when you choose to use them.

8. Responsibility and mandatory rights

Use of protective equipment does not eliminate all risk of injury. Performance depends on the stated threat, coverage, fit, condition, configuration, and use. This does not excuse a product failing to meet its agreed description or any legal duty owed by the seller.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights relating to faulty goods, misleading descriptions, product safety, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where protected by law.

9. Applicable law and resolving concerns

These terms are governed by Hong Kong law, subject to any mandatory consumer law and jurisdiction rights that apply in your place of residence. Contact us with the relevant order information so we can seek a practical resolution. This does not prevent you from using a competent court, regulator, or other remedy available under applicable law.

10. Changes and business orders

The terms presented when your order is accepted govern that purchase. Later website changes do not reduce agreed rights for an existing order without a lawful basis or your agreement. Separately agreed business or wholesale terms may govern the identified commercial order, without overriding rights that law makes mandatory.
